The Process

Abrasive Blasting
When blasting is required, We blast with 120 grit aluminum oxide to ensure the parts are free from surface contaminates, and creates the proper profile that allows the powder to bond securely.

Pretreatment
We are currently using Zirconium, an eco friendly surface prep, to prepare all parts for powder coat. This is to ensure the best corrosion resistance possible.

Masking
We apply masking to any part that requires it, ensuring a flawless finish and preventing unwanted coating on unwanted areas.

Production Coating
Our industrial grade powder coating systems apply a high performance finish that provides protection against environmental wear and tear.
